Each North Park section owner becomes the holder of 1 share in North Park Body Corp Ltd. The Body Corp arranges the mowing and maintenance of verges and gardens, and manages the flood pump station on Lot 15. The flood pumps ensure that, in the event of a major flood, any excess ground water is pumped out of North Park, and into the neighbouring spillway. This then flows out to sea.

The shares transfer at nil value, and the annual Body Corp levy for each property is $650 pa.

The Directors and managers of the Body Corp are Joel McCarthy (Mitre 10) and Eddie Aickin (Far North Land Ltd).
